Fehr Graham helps Rockford Public Library

navigate unresolved environmental issues

Fehr Graham owner Joel Zirkle shares in the September issue of Renewal & Redevelopment magazine how his team helped the Rockford Public Library address environmental issues under its main branch. The library was built at the turn of the 20th century and was once home to a manufactured gas plant. Zirkle writes about how Fehr Graham guided library officials through the process of cleaning up the property and explained the environmental complexities of the project.
