Jason Stoll promoted to branch manager of Fehr Graham's Rochelle, Illinois, office

ROCHELLE, Ill. (Dec. 12, 2017) – Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced today the appointment of Jason Stoll as the new branch manager of its Rochelle, Illinois, office.

Stoll, a Byron native, was promoted from his senior project manager position to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rochelle office. Stoll will continue to focus on providing excellent service to Fehr Graham clients in Ogle, Winnebago and DeKalb counties, while also leading business development initiatives. He replaces Noah Carmichael, a Fehr Graham owner who is taking on more firm-wide responsibilities but will continue to work from the Rochelle office.

“Jason has all the right qualities to lead one of our locations,” said Mick Gronewold, professional engineer and an owner of Fehr Graham. “He is smart, passionate and driven to find solutions that help our clients meet their goals. He will serve the Rochelle area well, and I know he will continue to build business opportunities for the firm.”

Stoll, who joined Fehr Graham in November 2016, has extensive experience in municipal and site development engineering. His strengths include water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, pedestrian walking and riding facilities, and local road design.

Stoll serves as the city engineer in Byron. He also is a member of Illinois Society of Professional Engineers, American Public Works Association and Byron Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois and Wisconsin.

“I am excited to take this position and lead the great team in our Rochelle office,” Stoll said. “Having spent the better part of my life living and working in Ogle County, I know the challenges rural communities face as we work to improve and maintain public infrastructure. With cost-effective solutions and high-quality services, the Fehr Graham team is ready to face those challenges head-on. Together with our clients, we look forward to seeing the results of our collective efforts as we work to improve the communities in which we live.”

After graduating from Byron High School, Stoll spent one year at Rock Valley College before transferring to Southern Illinois University in Carbondale. He graduated in 2003 with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.

Stoll and his wife, Devin, live in Byron.
