Fehr Graham Names Matthew Johnson Champaign Branch Manager
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. – Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, announced today the appointment of Matthew Johnson as the new Branch Manager of the Champaign, Illinois office. Johnson was elevated from his Project Manager position to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Champaign office. Johnson will continue to focus on Water and Wastewater projects while also leading business development initiatives. 

“I look forward to the opportunity to continue the growth in the Central Illinois market. I have enjoyed my time with the great team in our Champaign Office and am excited to see what the future holds.” said Johnson.
 
Prior to joining Fehr Graham earlier this year, Johnson brought over 12 years’ experience with Daily and Associates and Foth in civil engineering specializing in Water and Wastewater Treatment projects and client management.
 
“Matt brings experience and a directional leadership that will serve the team and our clients in Champaign well.” said Mick Gronewold, Fehr Graham’s chairman of the board. He continued, “We are excited about this next chapter and expect great things from Matt.”
 
Johnson graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with B.S.C.E, Civil Engineering – Chi Epsilon as well as an M.S. in Civil Engineering. Johnson is dually licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) and Structural Engineer (SE) in Illinois. Johnson is also a member of the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers (ISPE).
