22 participate in leadership training

ROCKFORD, IL (July 19, 2017) – Leadership is influence. Since 2015, Fehr Graham has subscribed to that definition of leadership – coined by renowned author John Maxwell. Developing our employees into leaders is a priority.

“Constant leadership development creates a sustainable and growing organization,” said Joel Zirkle, owner at Fehr Graham.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, 22 of our employees from eight of our 10 offices participated in “5 Levels of Leadership” and “360 Degree Leader” training led by Corey Baker with the John Maxwell Co. in Atlanta. Baker shared tools on how to influence people of all levels in the organization.

Participants were: Alex Bower, Naren Patel, Maanitraj Gopalraj, Seth Gronewold, Jesse Duff, Andy Reeter, Derek Thompson, Stacy Bradley, Alyssa Stahl, Matt Smith, Bridget Smith, Matt Dahlem, Steven Adamavich, Michelle Boeldt, Jason Stoll, Erin Jarrett, Lauren Jones, Ross Grimes, Anna Derocher, Nic Schaufenbuel, Vaughn Lewis and Lauren Downing

“This training is for our firm’s most appreciable asset – our people,” Zirkle said.
