Michael W. Gronewold, P.E., Principal
Mick Gronewold joined Fehr Graham in 1993 as an engineer and rose quickly through the leadership ranks to become a principal in 2000. Gronewold also heads up the Engineering Services Division, and in 2011, was named Chairman of the LLC Member Board. Responsible for projects in the private, commercial, industrial, and government sectors, Gronewold excels in client and project management, strategic planning, QA/QC, and bringing cost effective, reliable solutions to complex problems. In his role as chairman, Gronewold presides at the quarterly board meetings, facilitates long range strategic planning efforts, and oversees implementation of the strategic plan. Gronewold holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the Montana College of Mineral Science and Technology. He is a licensed professional engineer in four states and is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Council of Engineering Companies, the Illinois and National Society of Professional Engineers, and the Water Environment Federation. Gronewold is also a member of the Rockford Area Economic Development Council and the Rochelle Noon Rotary.
